Health and Safety Guidelines
Please review the following prior to your appointment.
Prior to your appointment you will be sent a link to an online Client Health Questionnaire. Please fill these out honestly. After submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your junk email folder. If you are unable to fill one out online, you will be asked to fill one out upon your arrival.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. We will not have a waiting area for you to wait and the salon door will remain locked. We ask that you wait patiently at the door until your stylist escorts you in.
Please do not be late for your appointment. We realize sometimes things happen, but we are doing our best to accommodate all clients and this will help us remain on schedule.
It will be mandatory that all clients sanitize their hands and their phones at arrival. We will provide hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes at the front desk.
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, unless they are a family member and have an appointment as well.
Masks with ear loops MUST be worn by every client upon arrival and during the duration of the service.
If you don't have a mask with ear loops, we have a limited quantity available for purchase. ($3.95 each)
Please limit the amount of personal items brought to your appointment. We will have limited space so please only bring what you will need.
Do not bring jackets or heavy sweatshirts to your appointment. We will not have a coat hanger for them. If needed, a light sweater may be worn.
Food or drinks will not be permitted unless medically necessary. (ie: If you’re a diabetic you may bring what you need)
Restroom use will be limited.
PLEASE DO NOT come to your appointment if you are feeling ill. We will be happy to reschedule at our earliest convenience.
Co-operation with these guidelines and all other posted salon rules will help keep stylists and clients safe during these unprecedented times.
